Markets in Motion
This experimental website tracks various global financial markets in real time. London, New York, Toronto and Hong Kong as well as a Global overview are included.
The main display is a Flash application written in Actionscript by 15medium. It is intended as a quick visual, animated view of Stock Markets around the world. The speed and colour of each company or exchange denotes the direction and magnitude of price change from the previous day's close. From day to day it can vary from a calm flow to a violent torrent.
This is not your average Stock Ticker but rather a dynamic, graphical representation of market sentiment.
